Iowabow called me just before he arrived where he was meeting stringman and the others.  He was humming like a violin string, if I didn't know better I would say he was "tweeking".  yeah, all these guys are getting high. 11,000 ft of elevation elk hunting high.
Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.

Hey NC, you're heading into where we just left out of. Had a great trip and saw a few elk (emphasis on few.) thoroughly enjoyed most parts of the trip and the weather was amazing! John and I took loads of pics so we will be posting those soon. Hope you do better than we did, bro. Luck right back at ya!

Yep, shore did. On our merry (but tired) way home now.

No tags were filled, but several birds and chipmunks were harmed in the making of this story. (John will have to fill you in on his part.)

Gypsum, as in Glenwood Canyon? I led the police on a chase through that canyon in 1977. Sheriff's and from three Counties and the State Troopers road blocked the Interstate. I didn't know a Triumph would corner and go that fast. ::) :D

Are you guys hunting the Flat Tops out of Meeker?
Lakeland, Florida
If you have to pull the trigger, is it really archery?

That was my first choice, but unit 24 is a limited draw unit so we went with OTC tags and hunted unit 25.
