8 pointer
« on: October 26, 2013, 03:33:09 pm »
This is my first selfbow kill and I couldn't be happier with it. He came running in to my grunt call and gave me a 10 yard shoot. He piled up about 80 yards from me it was a great morning hunting ;D

Let me see if my pics will work for you :)

Awesome feat! If you would have told Ozzy back in March at the Moontree gathering that he was going to make a bow from a banana stave and kill this fine buck he would have doubted you. You make a great bow and apparently know how to use it ;D

Great job Ozzy!  When I got your text this morning it made my day.  It was an incredible journey to go from that stave to a deer killing weapon.  Congratulations.

Good job man!! What a rush huh?  Nice deer too. We may end up with quite a gathering of deer slayers at Moontree this time.  :)

Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize we cannot eat money.
