Done in Zone 1...
« on: December 12, 2013, 11:46:29 am »
We had a few days off work/school for snow and ice here in Northwest Arkansas.  Having lived in upstate New York and northern Kansas, I chuckled at the Arkies sniffling about the snow and went out to find some more venison.  Snuck up on this little doe.   She may be the smallest doe ever shot in December, but that will also probably make her the tastiest too.  That's 4 for my home zone, so I am traveling for the rest of the season.

A surprisingly long blood trail.  Around 50-60 yards.  Pretty vibrant on the snow though.

Sweet!  I like the bow you used too.  Can we see the arrow?
Florida to Kwajalein to Turkey and back in Florida again.  Good to be home but man was that an adventure!
