We had 80 sign up minus 4 last year, that was one of the larger swaps I believe.

 >:D I posted this picture in the Campfire thread and JW thought it would look better over here. Just traded for these and they should be here Wednesday. Some of this material  is for the 2014 Bow Trade. Cut in 2002 and stored in a barn loft. Should make for a nice bow for somebody here. My mind is thinking either a spliced or take down from matched billets if they are wide enough.

Good thing we have six months my shoulders are killing me. Ran the ring yesterday and got it all roughed out today. Let my shoulders rest while I wait on my victim.

Well, sports fans! Just like the Superbowl, signup is over.  There are winners and whiners and nothing in between.  You had your chance and if you didn't take it, you get to sit on the sidelines of the Big Show!

Whooyeah!

Hold on to your drawers folks while we put together the givers and receivers lists, this won't take long.  Go sharpen your tools (or dull them for those of you that prefer a dull drawknife).  You will be receiving your victim's name soon enough.

And as always....be sure to post pics along the way!

I cannot wait to see my victim so I can start making firewood! I found some more osage around my neck of the woods. The guy seems interested in giving some up. The trees are huge. Like 2' wide or more. He has smaller ones he cut so maybe I can get some staves and billets outta them
