splices
« on: December 22, 2007, 06:37:05 pm »
yesterday i was trying to cord sinew.  At first the sinew cord was strong but then later the splices pulled out. I know i am doing something wrong.  I think i might know what i am doing but could someone try to explain splicing to me.

You overlap the end of one strand/bundle with another bundle/strand. Make sure your splices are staggered, so you don't have both bundles spliced in the same spot- won't work that way.
