Good find
« on: February 20, 2014, 02:54:27 pm »
On my way home from work on the back roads saw the biggest grey squirrel laying dead in the middle of the road. Couldn't stand it so I turned around went back to check it out and to my surprise it was a big mink. So now me and my bow making buddy has  plenty of string silencers. Thank goodness for road kills

It'll still make nice silencers and there'll be one less cat to bother the squirrels >:D

If it don't run away, it's a free cat, I say!

Back in October, I was returning home from Our Annual Selfbow Camp. As I neared My home, I noticed that there was something (road kill) laying in the road at the creek bridge just before My driveway. As I passed I was shocked to see that it was a large Buck Mink. Pulled into the driveway, drove around the horseshoe swung back on the road only to see a pick-up pulling away and no Mink in the road  :embarassed:! Snooze, Ya Lose ! Good find - Bob.
