This is my first thunderchert head.  I finally figured it out.

If anyone plays around with the stuff I'd enjoy seeing 'em...

Got the reference! was one of my favorite shows before they came out with a new version.  Thunder chert? looks similar to johnstone? Still looks good.

I hate crappy rock, Only time I mess with that stuff is at the classic competion, spectators love to watch us suffer with Thunder Chert, Looks like ya got a real good handle on it, Also I watched Shannon make a deadly thin point at the classic. Good looki point. Bob

Thanks fellas.  Not my favorite stuff to knap but I wouldn't mind sending this one flying at something.  Plenty more material where that came from too!

That is a nice one Steve,you need to get in the knap off at the Classic next year. ;) :) Ya Bob I have that point and plan on getting some blood on it before I put in the display case in the knapping pit. ;) :)
