posting pictures?

Ok stupid question. I am new to this forum and cannot figure out how to post a picture. Any help would be appreciated.

Right below the reply box is a "Attachments and other options." Click it.
Browse up your photo and double click it.
Click more attachments if you have more pics.
Make sure your pics are the recomended size.

If your pics are not the recommended size(this is where I got confused ) you can open the pic. with paint and resize until under 200 Kb.
