She turned out pretty, Chris. Those are some mighty steep fades!
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.

Thanks Kenny! The fades are actually 4" long, that's just the handle shape your seeing.

Good looking bow Chris. I may have to try some glue up stuff.

No question bub. Board type bows of any variety are much easier to wrestle into a bow. I don't think I have 4-5 hours into this bow. Doesn't mean they don't make a fine bow all the same, I love this one. I tillered the ipe blank on the floor before I glued it up. Made the blank come off the form perfectly matched and almost tillered off the saw.

Del I should have mentioned the limbs are a parallel 1" for 6" beyond the 4" fade. Then a straight taper to the tips. Its my most slender bow so far. Quite stout for a narrow, long bow to.

Beautiful bow and beautifully tillered, Pearl Drums.  I'm partial to laminated board bows and this one is beyond terrific.

Now thats a beauty PD!  If I didnt hate messing with glue-ups so much I would have to put a Hill style on my to-do list. ;)
