Tracy, call it Arts and Crafts if going through Customs. Don't mention animal parts, arrows, or feathers.

Yep, called it a spirit stick ;D

Great eye candy!  Am getting a serious toothache.
... alone in distant woods or fields, in unpretending sproutlands or pastures tracked by rabbits, even in a bleak and, to most, cheerless day .... .  I suppose that this value, in my case, is equivalent to what others get by churchgoing & prayer.  Hank Thoreau, 1857

Got a real nice arrow in the mail yesterday from OZZY.
Looks deadly but it's just a hair shy in width to be legal to hunt with here,  I'm gonna hang it on the wall with some other arrows. Around 750 grains total weight with good balance.
THANKS! OZZY,  Here"s some pics

couple more detail shots of the error I sent. I've sharpened the point since the pics where taken, so it has a needle point ready to penetrate some hide.

Did the Native Americans think about all this that much or just do it?

Had a mailing tube sitting inside the door when I got home last night from " Devin",
Down in Spring Branch.  Thank, and thats a fine looking arrow. Trade point, turkey fletching, boo shaft. Devin your boo is so much better looking than the boo shafts I have.
Thanks........
Well for some reason I can't get my new phone to down load pictures.
