Beef bone?
« on: November 05, 2014, 03:59:28 pm »
Our small town has a market that employs a butcher.  So am going to obtain some beef bones from him.  Any recommends re which bones to request for the purpose of making arrow points?  Am doubting he gets few such requests . . . .
... alone in distant woods or fields, in unpretending sproutlands or pastures tracked by rabbits, even in a bleak and, to most, cheerless day .... .  I suppose that this value, in my case, is equivalent to what others get by churchgoing & prayer.  Hank Thoreau, 1857

I saw a good video of a guy just using a beef leg bone. Took him like 10 min to make one. Also another one of a guy using a bone he got from a pet store. Patrick
