My first red oak bow had ERC tips as well, I think it varies in density quite a bit. The stuff I cut hardly dented with my fingernail and didn't take any wear with a poly finish.

Looks good, especially for the length. Did you post this on r/Bowyer a while back?

Well done! 32" draw is a lot to get out of a 62" bow... for experienced guys or for your first bow!
