wild rose fruits

Hello
I've collected some wild rose fruits.
They're very good for jellys, marmalades , tea and infusions
the only con it's that it's a pain to clean all the fruits from seeds and the fluff surrounding them
Do you know if there is any method that could speed up the cleaning process?

And again...
I know that from seeds it's possible to obtain a very good oil by pressure.
I dont have the possibility to do it by myself.
Do you know any other alimentary use for the seeds?

I had no idea the rose fruits were edible. Good to know. I really need to study up on edible wild plants. Let us know how it turns out. Sorry i can't help you.

Apples and roses are from the same family I thought. You could use a still to extract the oil. If under one gallon, and using for the sole purpose of extracting essential oils you can legally own and operate a still.  >:D You can also distill your own fuel, if you get a permit.  :o

Rose hips(the fruit) is loaded with Vitamin C.

yes
great quantities of vitamin C.
that's why it's advisable to never go higher than 100°F while drying the fruits

wild rose fruits mixed with honey are great against cold and cough

that still idea is not bad at all  >:D. I have to check my country laws
