drawknives are great fleshing tools..  I know there are some of those around...

I never could get the hang of using a drawing knife as a fletching tool.  I do have small about 4" long that might work quite well though.  Plan to give it try.

I know how to catch and skin varmints, and eat some, but fur handling I need to learn (and tanning).

I've never been able to fletch with one either... :D

I've done a few skins in the past, some with hair and some without.  I live in a subdivision and when I did a couple without hair, I had deer hair all over the back yard and the neighbor's.  ::)  The hair on ones went real well but it's been about 15 years since I did it.  It will be good to get back to it....I'll pitch in and help with anything I can.

Tracy, the breakfast casserole sounds good, I was thinking the same thing and thought about bringing the dutch ovens and making some biscuits and sausage gravy one morning.
