Thats pretty cool.  I'm working on an ipe bellied lam myself so I had the benefit of gluing flat to the core and using a glued on handle.  Challenging getting a good glue up on the belly, isn't it.  Chhers

That is a dandy R/D bow and worth the trouble from what I can see.  A very good candidate for January Laminant Bow of the Month.
(I also see the same depth snow I've got here. Chomping to shoot outside without losing my arrows.)

Thanks Pappy  Snedeker and Oldbow. The one nice thing about shooting in the snow is you can see the hole where the arrow went under. ;D Getting it out is another story. I use an extra large target.                 Jesse

O k I think Im a little slow. Are you wondering why I used ipe or what it is ;D ipe is a wood from south America also known as Brazilian walnut. pronounced eepay.
