some of my shell tools

A gourd bowl I eat from. Center white shell is a twisted clam I eat with . Bottom an oyster shell knife.
The other 2 I mix paints in. Black and red earth pigments for body paints with bear grease.
A three strand cord is not easily broken. Ecc.4:12

Nice to see some more shell items.  What kind of edge do you have on the oyster knife?  That is interesting.  What do you cut with it?

The edge is just one I did by rubbing on a piece of sand stone. I have cut raw and cooked meats, and root vegetables.

for cutting other stuff if you make little serations on the edge you can cut through/into wood and stuff. Tony
