Tuesday , that's good it will give me and Clink a day to get practiced up for you,

Pappy, I'll spend more time hunting for arrows than shooting. I have hardly flung an arrow all year.

I'm the same way, but it's funny how much better you get when you're surrounded by people who can shoot traditional bows accurately.

I spend most of the time on the range here in Hermitage at 10-15 yards and usually get shaky past 20 but for some reason getting out in the woods with those 3D targets and a group of people who know what they're doing I don't tense up as much and make better shots.

Or at least that's what I tell myself : )

I can't wait. I made my first trek three years ago, made my first bow then and was hooked, and it has become an annual trip for me. Pappy, you make this a great time for everyone, and it is surely appreciated!

You get this many great people together it can't help but be a good time.

Thanks Pappy, that means a lot. I was sick while I was there last year and I hurt my shoulder. I ended up not even shooting the course except for a few targets. I still had a blast though. I hope I can make it this year. But it might be a short trip. I would probably have to find a place to bunk if I can go. Patrick

Id like in on some of that action if it won't cramp your style. I'll be down the Saturday before. Make sure you have a list of chores ready, so I can earn my keep.
