Glue cure time

I know I should leave a stressed joint clamped for 24hrs, such as when gluing a riser block on, but how soon is it safe to pass a bandsaw through a glued joint like that? I'm really just curious.  I've seen people unclamp simple boxes made with titebond II after 20-40min and they've been solid. Is the glue dry enough at that point that you could trim through it with a bandsaw and not get glue residue on the blade?

  If you are talking about tightbond 3. In hot summer weather I will very often take off the wraps and trim up with my saw after about 4 hours. In colder weather I wait till the next morning. Indoors at room temps I wouldn't be worried about trimming after about 8 hours. I don't normally  flex the bow before 24 hours bu I have just to see how it would work out after 4 hours in the hot sun and had no problem.
