Keep on the beat, TimBo.  Hate to lose you at the bridge!

JW, you sound just like one of the cats.  Your lingo chops are impeccable!  If one of these yellow face things had sunglasses and a beret, we would be all set.

Seriously though, I was supposed to know on Feb. 1, and it is killing me.  I'm glad the tags won't run out at least, and that's good info on the archery tag...I would have gotten one of those and gotten some people arrested.  Nice way to make friends.

Archery tag is the AST-ST1-32.  The regular gun season (that also allows archery) is the BST-BH1-32.

I unpacked that monster three burner stove/grill apparatus and assembled it the other day.  I had purchased a cast iron flattop grill to go with it (guessing the sizes) and it fits just fine.  I cannot wait to start cooking on this sucker, we will dine like kings!!!

Pork shoulders were on a really good sale, I so stocked up.  Yesterday I made 12 lbs of breakfast sausage and smoked up 8 lbs in preparation to braising them to make carnitas.  Last year the carnitas and the biscuits-n-gravy were pretty popular meals.
