It's been raining for several days
but there were a few breaks.

Thanks fellas. It really is the material.
It is the first material I have knapped that
does what I want, almost on command.
And the flakes are crisp too. Err and not
to shabby in the color department.
Did you make the Classic Lyman?
Hope you did and had a good time.
Did you get the pottery invite from Pete?

You guys are kind. Thanks :)
The Buffalo River/Chigger Woods chert
is forgiving and gets its color enhanced with heat.
The nodules are very irregular but with concentric rings.
If you can coax the rock to the sweet spots.
