I just finished painting this bow, I just need to make a string for it.  I gathered up some milk weed last fall, so I will use that as the string material.  This bows poundage is low 40's.  I will give more details after I make the string and get more pics.

I'm going to get in on this for sure. I live in NE Texas in the heart of Caddo country, so I've been working on early caddo equipment. I'm gonna make one bow out of hickory, and then one out of osage. Rivercane arrows with foreshafts and small talco style points knapped from local heat treated jasper cobbles. I'll post the set when I finish it.
