Hello need to the forumR
« on: October 07, 2016, 08:05:26 pm »
Hello all or as we say in the south...Hey yall!  My name is Bill and I am a larnin to knapp. Got a great guy teaching me in SC, I live in NC. I am dangerous now after two years. I can end snap, over abrade glass, and in general break a lot of points and knives with really revolutionary methods but hey half the time I get a grest shaped thin piece finished. LOL.
Knapping....If your hobby does not consume you then you have no hobby.

Hey Thanx folks.
I am from Orrum NC.
Chip with a guy from SC, he is a master!!!  LOL. He found me at a flea market pressure flaking turtles a couple years ago! LOL. Invited me to come learn and while at home I go every week. We spend the winter out west, warm in Az. Hang out in Quartzite boondocking in the desert a lot. Doing percussion now, break a lot thinning but get a good one now and then.
