I put a Nikon on my Ruger American Ranch .300 Blackout. They do seem to go together.

Sweet! I'd like a gun like that... though it is less energy than the .243.

I was shooting suppressed rounds at a thin metal target at 75 yds with a 10" Maple for a backstop. only 1 bullet didn't go through the tree and it was hanging half way out. It is a .30 married to a .223 cartridge. Slower but more knock down at the same distance.

My kid bought the Rossi trifecta. Single shot break down with .22,.243,and 20 gauge barrels. He seems to like it. Scoped the .243 this year. .243 is an expensive round tho. My 2 cents. dp
