Muzzleloaders

Hi Ed. Just recently talked with Mr. Luther regarding an Order of mine that went awry. During that conversation I related to him my appreciation for the addition of Muzzleloaders to th PA magazine. I look forward to more of those articles in the future.
I do have one question though I read with pleasure Tony Kinton's Buffalo hunt article. But am somewhat confused as to its genre. He used a cartridge rifle? So my question is are you now including "Cartridge Black Powder" firearms as muzzleloaders?
