I gotta say that the quality of your work has advanced several orders of magnitude in the last few years. You are definitely paying attention in school!

Finally got to chrono it. I was getting a range of numbers out of it due to release and draw/hold times. But with a 435 grain arrow i got an average of 165 fps, and with a 387 i got 172 fps.

I need to speed these things up. Early draw weight must be the key. They should make meat just fine. If anybody can give an honest opionion on the performance and comparison to longer bows id be oblidged.

100fps + bow weight w/10gpp is the general rule of thumb I've heard of
I started out with nothin' and I still got most of it left
