I have a splendid bow in native american Prairie style. It is osage orange, sinewed (I was told) with moccasin snake skin backing. Decorated with painted symbols, cow bone for nocks and arrowplate, deer skin for handle and horsehair on nock. It is 43@27 and measures aroound 58'. It shoots well and takes a 29' draw. has gained some string follow (been hunted with). Very good state state.
Bought it off ebay some 4-5 years ago I think.
Anyone recognizes the work?

All I can say is that it's not an original.  ;)When you bought it what was the back story?

I dont remember exactly,, he mad made it himself and he had hunted with it. Bouhgt it too cheap on american ebay. To me it appears as he has given it a lot of time and attention as it has so many nice details and it is a good bow, nice shooting-a lot more work into it than others I have had in the same domain. Was hoping someone here might feel guilty. I will give him/her a compliment.
