Red Osier Set
« on: March 20, 2008, 09:18:45 am »
Here's a bakers dozen set or Red Osier arrows I just finished for the Tennessee Classic.
Just finished test shooting them here at work down the hallway ::) they all shoot quite nice.
They weigh in at about 525 grains and are 30", did a little stain job on em as the red osier is
extremely white. Also 3 boo arrows I finished up they also shoot very nice. Hopefully I don't lose em all at Pappy's.

Thanks guys I would rather make bows than arrows anyday, dang arrows are more trouble. Then ya go out and lose one on
the first shot and ya say well there goes 4 hours of work :'( Red Osier makes good arrows, my secret is cut lots of shoots
then take em home and have a cold beveredge while culling ;D

Bishop ya have to apply through me and pass my intensive testing, are you squemish? do ya mind getting poop on ya? because I'm
the boss and while the other guys are getting all poopy I'm shooting my bow or on the PA website >:D

DanaM Nice arras I've been hoping to find some red osier.  What kind of habitat should I be looking in?  Swampy areas?  Do you know of a good pic. so I know what I'm looking for?
