Shooting release apparatus
« on: March 27, 2018, 10:46:37 am »
Does anyone remember which issue of primitive archer a build-a-long was shown of a shooting release? It was made out of antler or wood and leather.
A friend of mine has a tendon problem that possibly this apparatus could help him with.

Ed I'm sure I got it somewhere but haven't been able to put my hands on it. I can tend to be a bit unorganized at times. I gotta do some cleaning up before everyone is over for Easter. Maybe I'll find it then.

Bow-ed: I think I have about all the primitive archer magazines. If you find out the issue and I have it I can send a copy of the article off to you.

I believe it was in a 2014 issue. The question was answered in the last issue in the letters to the editor section.
Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize we cannot eat money.

Ed if it's that thumb release we were talking about on other thread I think it was 12 issues ago. Volume 24 issue 2 has two birds on cover. If that's not the one your looking for I guess I don't know which one it is. I went to home page and individual back issues table of contents. Hope that helps
