Ha! Yes for some reason it's grouped with those things that have a July through June license year, instead of the jan-dec thing they do with big game and fishing.

Come the end of June, I simply go to where I bought the sportspac and they'll print out all my bird hunting stamps and jackalope tags.

Yes Oregon. Spring bear is a controlled hunt. If they have a fall turkey, I'll get the tag in June when they give me my duck, goose & jackalope tags.
