String Jig with Nails?
« on: April 18, 2018, 11:16:01 am »
Hi everyone.  Hopefully someone can point me to a link.  I used to have a string making jig which was very simple, just a bunch of nails in a board, but it's been ages since i did any bowmaking and i forgot the dimensions.  Anybody know the one i mean?

Thanks!

I used to measure and cut the strands by hand.  It worked fine.  Once I got one of these string boards I found it is much easier and saves a lot of time.

+1, I also used to lay out the strands by hand but that jig is really quick to make and to use
