Outer section of the right limb is stiff.

those rolly backed staves are hard to judge. if you have photoshop skills, you might try to overlay each outer at brace on top of the same outer at full draw and compare.

Do you have a front-view of the bow? Even with pyramid limbs bows are generally faster and have less hand shock if the mid limbs bend more than the inner limbs. It's good to get this established early on so the inner limbs, which store most of the energy, are not over-stressed when taken to full or near full draw. Such over-stressing leads to high hysteresis, an efficiency robber.
