Yew Recurve 43#@30"

Here's my latest creation. It's a yew recurve backed with deer rawhide and rattlesnake skins. The bow is 64" nock to nock and pulls 43#@30". I went a little nuts doing the border on this one. Lots and lots of triangles.  :o I'm happy with the results though.

That is an awesome bow! I really love everything about it - the extra work for the paint job definitely paid off (and is starting to become one of your trademarks) and I really dig the beautiful shape of the tip overlays! Great job, Weylin!

It looks great and the triangles are sharp...but those overlays stand out to me.  Very good looking bow.
