Osage Bow Backed with Dark Rattlesnake Skin 35#@28"

I finished up a new osage bow today. It's 61" ntn and 35#@28". I had to scrape past some cracks in the belly when I flipped the tips and that led to a nice light weight shooter. i backed this bow with rawhide due to some checks in the back. Probably unnecessary but I decided to err on the side of caution since I didn't know who was going to end up with the bow. I nice man had gifted me the rattlesnake skins at a shoot last year. They are very dark and don't have a strong pattern but they ended up looking nice with the over all dark theme on this bow.

That is a really sharp looking bow.  I love the way you stained the tips and the skins look great on that bright osage!  Beautiful work!!
