I got a hold of Jerry Hill, Howards nephew and I asked him to look at the photo. He got back with me and for some reason can't sign back in to view the photo. Can someone copy it and email it to me so I can pass it on to Jerry to look at it. He for sure will know if the person in the photo is his uncle or not. My email is cyclingjon2004@yahoo.com.
