Aw dang! Clint, once again, you are the most ambitious mad fool I know!  There is gonna be some heirloom tables coming out of that stack!
Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.

Wow man. Lemme ask you, that interlocking grain stuff, if it were bamboo backed, would a bow still be possible from it?

I don't see any reason it wouldn't work.

I agree Jeb.  I took a drive around the property scouting for a walnut and a wild cherry tree.  I'd like to get one of each milled into slabs.  Might as well get some cut while I can.  I'm excited about making some tables.   My wife requested a new kitchen table, coffee table, and another long table for the living room.

I have some 16 to 20 inch wild cherry on my place. Too bad we didn't live closer I would swap you a tree. My trees are straight up for about 20' or more.

We've got a few on our place like that.  I wish I knew about that mill a few years ago.  We lost a beautiful cherry tree in a storm.  It was probably 20" diameter.  I looked at it yesterday and I think it's too far gone to be any good.
