Source for sinew

Can anyone provide contact information on a source for sinew suitable for backing bows? Tried the search feature on the forum but did not turn up anything.

If you have something to trade try the trade post forum on this site otherwise a primitive archey supplier such as Pine Hollow Longbow. Try a search on  E-Bay or just google processed sinew. Hope this helps

Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.

Thanks JW_Halverson. Gumboman, I have a fair amount of whitetail back sinew that I can trade, although I my stock is running down and once it is gone I will not get anything new until fall 2019's hunting season. I will send you a pm.

There may be a big game processor in you area, although it is late for getting sinew.  Plan ahead for next fall and make contacts.
