Dryad’s Saddle feast
« on: May 09, 2019, 12:13:18 pm »
I was harvesting hickory staves and ran across this beautiful Dryad’s Saddle shroom.  I think I’ll slice it thin, sauté with garlic and butter, and have a pasta feast.

National Audubon Society puts out a good Field Guide to Mushrooms, with lots of color pics.

Or you could have Pat taste it for you.
