Just another newbie...

Just wanted to say hello..

I'm a stick bow hunter, from Michigan.  Looking to make my first bow, if I ever get some time. (got a 17mo boy who keeps me busy)

Welcome Drew. I have a 3 month old daughter so I know exactly what you mean. Its tough to get anything done, since I'm playing Mr. Mom.....lol.  ;D Let us know if you need anything.

Welcome, Drew. I know what you mean. I have a 30 year old and a 26 year old that keep me busy. Really busy at times. LOL. If you are looking for that to stop forget it. You'll never make a bow. :) Jawge

Hey Drew,
I'm also a newbie form Michigan building my first bow right now. I've got a 4 month old son and a 4 year old daughter so I feel your pain about the lack of shop time. What area of Michigan are you in?

Thanks guys! I'm from the Mint City...St. Johns. 

Dana, I'm the "da Yoope's token troll eh"  a title that was given to by the folks I have to visit up there for my job.  I make it to every county up there several times a year! In fact I was just in L'Anse a few weeks ago.  I'd gladly swing by with some PBR's and talk some bows!

Jawge, I hear ya...I'm just using him as an excuse till i find a good beginner stave to start a bow with.

Dana, no worries, I'm use to it...heard about every flatland and troll joke there is.  I work for the State, taking care of the Secretary of State offices/buildings.
