Is it floor tillered? I usually dont straighten until i'm floor tillered or real close to it.

Could you describe what you tried and what problem your having? Like sticks asked, is stave reduced to floor tiller? How long are you steaming?
My experience with Osage is it bends rather nicely and usually stays where I put it. It doesn't have to be perfectly straight.

It’s not floor tillered, I roughed it out bout 2 months ago and placed her in the dry box. Should I hold off until floor tillering to attempt again? I tried two different times today, first was steamed for 30 minutes and second time (couple hours later) was for 40 minutes

That doesn’t look that severe. Dry heat should correct it I think, but you gotta get it thinner. 30 min per half inch with steam, or there bouts.  I would get it bending well at floor tiller and then take a run at it.

Too much meat, your limbs should be about 3/4" thick or less to bend easily.
