how do you sharpen stone blades or arrowheads? what tools? Thanks!

I like to use a horse shoe nail for sharpening and notchs. Bob

I’ve used an old ball pen in a pinch. It’s only good for super minor work though.

I have a horseshoe nail but I mainly use a chainsaw rasp ground to a fine point is my go to...works like a charm... gut

the tang part.. is what I put a fine point on.. the rasp end isn't touched... you have plenty to hold and it takes tiny flakes to micro serrate... Im not a fan of big serrations as I find they can grab hide and actually hinder penetration.. they look cool... but on my arrowhead points I do small micro serrations...
