« on: December 06, 2019, 02:03:45 pm »
My daughter Nic' is heavily pregnant with identical twins! She's scheduled to go in for a Cesarean on Dec 23rd !  :o
Christmas will be postponed until she's out... don't worry, you can still have yours on the 25th ::).
We are a bit anxious over here.
I'll let you know how it goes
Grandad to be...  ;D

This is wonderful news!

Everything will be just fine. My wife, God Bless her, was an OB nurse for 44 years and loved her babies coming into the world.

Now here is YOUR problem. You will lose two of your best hunting spots and your wallet will be much thinner, lol.   I know by experience our son had 7 kids and they are still working me and I love every minute of it. I cannot describe the joy you are going to receive in your heart when your grand kids arrive.

Forgot to mention that birthdays and Christmas are 2 very different days, Grandpa!  My son was almost on Christmas, missed by about 2 hours late, C-section.  Always tried to keep the days separate and special

I concur Hawk. My son had 7 kids, 2 are out of the house, but of the five left at home one has a birthday on the 24th of Dec and one has a birthday on the 25th of December.  The birthdays are held on a separate day for both. But with my wife gone now and this is my one of many year  of  firsts I am spending money on the grandkids like a drunk sailor, lol
