Osage static recurve for JK 43/27” (No. 116)

The stave for this bow was very clean and needed only little heat corrections. The hooks are steamed in and got string grooves. Overlays and arrow pass are buffalo horn. Handle leather is goat with a kangaroo lacing.

Beautiful stick Simson. I really like that profile. It just always seems to work good for me. You executed it flawlessly as usual.

Man it’s starting to feel like Christmas around here with all these pretty bows.
