post your pics of any bow work going on,, this is me today, beautiful day in Santa Fe,, and roughing out a bow with my new hatchet my friend gave me,, its really sharp and doing a great job on this 60 inch hickory stave,, not sure what Im gonna do, ,just having fun, and enjoying the sunshine,,

Floor tillering round two of a backed black walnut ELB. Close to putting a long string on it. Featuring new PJ’s the wife picked up this weekend.  ;D

My latest project. This is a 60" hackberry stave. It was very straight so I decided to try a static recurve. Two firsts for me: never worked with hackberry and never attempted a static. Just got done my second heat treat so I'll get back to tillering in a few days.

The shadow was a radio show and a series of books created by Walter B Gibson who also wrote books on magic.

I was friends with his nephew who owned a magic shop in Nashua, NH where I used to go for magic supplies in my professional magic days.

I know. No one cares. :)

Lol I've gotten more sawdust on my pajamas than any other kind of pants. I was working in my garage today with a space heater and it was still cold as heck. Got it bending some though. Here is unbraced only pic I took.

Love workin in pjs ;D just got back from skiing and am contemplating my erc stave I wanna sinew... and earlier today did a bit on the newbie build along bow
