A little leather work Iíve been up to
« on: September 17, 2023, 11:00:01 am »
Iíve been a little occupied lately from getting any bow work done. But the little man has let me get some leatherwork done. I figured Iíd show off a little of what Iíve been up to. Iíve been making some wallets, hats, belts, and decided I needed an appendix carry holster for me little Bulldog revolver.

Nice leather work. Are you hand stitching or machine stitching? Cute kid too. He'll keep you busy for sure.  :OK

Thanks guys! He loves his attention so keeps us busy for sure. But heís cute so itís just fine.

Pat, everything is saddle stitched and the hat and is Mexican round braided around the border. That took forever. about 8 hours total to make the hat band alone.

Excellent job, Kyle. One more hobby you wont have time for :)

Thanks guys

Youíre not wrong at all, luckily the leather is one thing I can do with Eli while momma is working.

Between everything me and his momma do, heís definitely gonnahave lots of hands on opportunity. The oldest has decided she wants to build a bow, so once I get the time freed up to get some work in on them Iíll get her involved.
