What did he use for the tip overlays?

JDub, I used snake wood for the overlays. This bow was made for a member on this site. It is also backed with goat rawhide.

That’s a cool little bow.  Love the snake wood overlays.  Nice touch.

Thanks, guys. I really appreciate the compliments. I think I've only made two bows since I moved to South Carolina. I've been real busy fishing and hunting, farming and fruit tree grafting but slowing down and getting back to making bows again.
When you coming down, Pat? loading up on catfish now and Steve will be heading down in a few weeks.
