New knife and a few arrow points

Made a trip up to southwest Mississippi and picked up a few rocks to Knapp.  Heat treated citronelle chert.  It’s very hard to find bigger pieces to make knife blades with as all the big pieces have freeze cracks and inclusions.  When I say big pieces that is a bit of a stretch as well.  Sadly I live in south Louisiana in the land of mud where there are NO naturally occurring rocks.

Cool post.  Don’t think I’ve come across that material.  I like how that knife looks…sorta raw.
