Google "Ferret's Archery Webpage" and look on the left of the main page for a link to a tutorial for making one. Lots of other good info on Mickey's site, too. The floppy rest works great, I have put them on several of my bows.

Progress might have been all right once but it's gone on for far too long.

Floppy is about all I use anymore. Simple and easy. Just the way I like it! ;)

Matt, a "Floppy Rest" is Mickie Lotz's idea for a simple arrow rest that goes along well with self bows. Basically it protects your hand with the arrow riding on a doubled over piece of leather. Check out Mickey's site. There may even be an article Mickey wrote in an older PA magazine.   I thought I had a pic of one of my handles with a floppy rest but I haven't located it yet.   Pat

Crap, that's a killer idea. From the sound of it I thought it might be some kind of off the wall not very practical concept, but having seen it, I like it. One more thing I have to try now.

Dano, thanks for the link.

True, it's a very practical idea. I use it on kid's bows.
