boo/ipe "compensation"

 well hers is the one i was making for a guy that i know,this is the guy that said he wanted"compensation" because it didnt make the 50+ lbs that he
requested. i have it tillerd the best that it is getting seeing as to how its only pulling 31lbs at 29 ".just need to put the finish on now.
critiquee please, iknow the tiler isnt spot on but i figure with the wood combo and the light draw it should last for quite sometime if proper care is given.

if you have enough leangth? you could pike it and get more weight to work on tiller a bit more.

nope its finished, i put osage overlays on the tips and he is damn lucky i finished after he demanded compensation, heck i aint even charging him anything.
it was a favor, and he demanded compensation.even after i told him no guarantees on the draw weight as it is only my 5th  finished bow.
heck ive been putting off making my own just because i promised to make him one,now its finished and on to my own.
tired of doing for everyone else and then have them complain and demand when its free.

so he wanted compensation, so thats what i named the bow "COMPENSATION"

Well I aint never heard of such... How do you ask for compensation for somthing that was FREE ! ?

Tim....I tossed an Ellipse on it.....and to me the Tiller looks really nice.....so forget him.....if you are sending Him the Bow for free since you didn't hit the Weight He wanted...tell Him to go Piss up a Rope and keep the danged thing.....ungrateful piece of Crap!!

                                                             Take that Compensation.....no Bow at All !!

                                                  Sorry....just turned 50 today....and I am having a BAD DAY!!!

Compensation? On a free bow? Just because it didn't make weight? And made from some of the best materials known to modern primitive archers? And with such a nice tiller (only flaw I can see is that it's slightly stiff mid-limb) and finish?

I agree with El Destructo. Keep it ;D. He should learn that "gimme gimme never gets" >:D.

i would do that except i pride myself on being a man of my word.

i said i would make him a bow,therfore i lived up to my word and will give him the bow. at that time ifn he doesnt like it or want it,then ill keep it
and tell him where the bear poo's in the woods.
