Matecumbe an Caloosa and Seminoles used and Seminoles still use blow guns and none used poison. Like Steve (Hillbilly ) described em long "guns " and LONG darts....bob

I just picked up a 8.5' rivercane blowgun and 12 darts in Cherokee, NC last weekend.  This store had one other 8' gun in stock, but they usually have the longest guns on the reservation.  The also keep some darts made by Walker Calhoun, who is one of the last dart makers that whittle the dart shafts from locust.  Please feel free to email me and I'll give you the name of the store!!
