thanks guys this is the first time i tried building a bow too. David its really not that hard to build a bow. What i did is i drew my plans on a piece of paper then drew the thickness and the width and all that stuff on the bow, got my bench plane, planed it down to my desired thickness what was kept slightly above the final thickness got a scraper and sandaper and d shaped it. Then I tillered it and put on horn nocks, in the beginning i had trouble pulling it back but now im handling it like its a glassfiber bow!:D
